A next-generation assessment, grounded in science
Deeper Signals is a personality assessment platform built on the Five-Factor Model (FFM), one of the most extensively validated frameworks in personality science. Its Core Drivers assessment measures personality characteristics, while Core Values measures motivational priorities. Together, they give practitioners a nuanced picture of how an individual naturally operates and what drives their decisions.
INDx uses Deeper Signals when scope, budget, or context make it the right tool. Particularly where a streamlined, accessible assessment is well-suited to the population, pace, or purpose of the work. Deeper Signals complements other FFM assessments and extends assessment capacity across a wider range of needs.

Core Drivers
Personality assessment based on the Five-Factor Model (FFM) measures the fundamental characteristics that shape how an individual manages themselves, communicates, and interacts with others. Includes behavioral risks, which can undermine effectiveness.
Measures motivational priorities; what an individual finds rewarding, energizing, and meaningful in a work context. Paris with the Core Drivers to complete the behavioral picture.

Common questions before registering.

No. The certification is designed for practitioners at various experience levels. The pre-work covers the psychometric foundations, so workshop time is focused on application. Some prior familiarity with assessment or coaching concepts is helpful but not required.

The content, credentials, and included materials are identical. Virtual sessions are live and facilitator-led, not pre-recorded, and run the same full-day schedule. In-person sessions are held in Denver, CO, and offer the added benefit of in-room facilitation practice and peer interaction. Choose based on your preference and availability.

Both are scientifically validated personality assessments, but they serve somewhat different purposes and contexts. Hogan is a more comprehensive battery, particularly well-suited for executive selection, succession, and in-depth leadership development. Deeper Signals is streamlined and accessible, making it well-suited for broader deployment: team diagnostics, coaching across a wider population, and situations where budget or scope make a lighter-touch assessment the right choice. INDx uses both, depending on what the engagement calls for.
